- Support / using the platform. Backtest looks off, paper bot misbehaving, sign-in trouble, billing questions.
- Press / interviews. Quotes, demos, founder interviews. Same address — flag it as press in the subject so we route it.
- Partnerships. Broker integrations, educator partnerships, research collaborations, distribution.
- Security report. If you found a security issue, email us with details and we'll respond within 24h. No formal bounty yet — credit + a public thanks where you want it.

A few common questions are already answered in writing — they often turn the round-trip into a 60-second read:

Status of the product (for context on your question)
Algoshastra is a strategy-verification platform with open signup — there is no live broker execution on any tier. We are not SEBI-registered and do not give investment advice; the platform is a strategy-building and testing tool. You export verified strategies to run on your own broker.
That context matters because some support tickets are about features that don't exist yet (live trading, real-money fills). If your question is about those, the honest answer is “not shipped” — write in anyway, we'll tell you where we are and add you to the early-access list for that feature.
